Herbal salts add a zing to your dishes. I sell two kinds: lovage and tarragon. Both contain Himalayan pink salt. I personally find this salt “saltier” but chalk full of minerals.
Each container has about 3.7 ounces of product.
Lovage is an old time herb which is a cross between parsley and celery. It creates a zesty flavor to food.
Tarragon, on the other hand, is a smooth anise taste. Dried tarragon from the store isn’t as potent as my tarragon. Once tarragon dries, it loses its flavor really quickly. I dry mine and add it to the salt immediately to preserve the taste. Word of caution. It taste like licorice. So, if you don’t love that flavor, I would not buy it.
How to Use: Do not use too much. This product is still salt. I tell customers to add 1/4 of the lovage salt as compared to what they what they ordinarily use. Get use to the flavor and add as much as you are comfortable with.
Shipping is more costly than our normal flat rate fee of $4.99 given the weight of the bottle.
