Our Shipping Policy
We do our utmost to timely send your packages to you. We use the USPS service for packages under 1 pound and possibly UPS or Federal Express if packages are over 1 pound. However, we do provide options for you to have priority mail or express mail so that you can receive your packages quicker than first class mail.
We don’t ship our salves during the heat of the summer unless it is regional. Order salves other months than summer.
Lastly, we ask that you pay for shipping insurance. We had customers whose packages were destroyed by our carriers and were not insured. We don’t want this to happen to you. We aren’t responsible for destroyed or missing packages. This the main reason we require insurance. It is only a $1 through Shipstation. We don’t make any money on the insurance. For a dollar, it is peace of mind since who knows what happens when the package leave our hands.
Shipping Insurance
Please read their policy. there are time limits to file claims. You have to file the claim for damaged or lost goods. Notice the very short time frame for failing to receive your products. We only know what the tracking information tells us which is when it is delivered. We email you with the tracking information.
If a package wasn’t delivered, ask your neighbors or look if it was blown around your property. I even posted on my Facebook town group page when a Fed Express package wasn’t delivered. Luckily, the recipient responded! Also, people are stealing packages so be careful.
